We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.

Free Shipping

We use EMS Post Express Courier International for all shipments, with a 5 to 8 days delivery from dispatch.Once an order is dispatched from our premises,we will track the items for our customer all the time . if parcel are delay for the unexpected transit traffic ,or damage arising out of late delivery of the shipment please contact us immediately !

All delivery times and dates are provided as approximate estimates only and are given from the time of dispatch, and NOT from the order date.

It is your responsibility to ensure your correct contact details that will be send over to the courier company.If we are required to redirect the shipment, any associated costs as may be applicable shall be your responsibility.

You can track your shipment online from EMS Post Express Courier International website.

Whoever personally accepts the delivery of the courier at the address given by you shall be deemed to be the rightful recipient of the goods

Non-Faulty Items

Before exchange or return, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back.

Non-faulty items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition.

Please return to us within 7 days of receipt and all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a claim for a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the selling price from the refund claim.

Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order.

Please allow 20 calendar days to arrange refund after we receive the return items, we would appreciate your cooperation.


Faulty Items

If you receive a product from our store that is faulty on delivery, you can return it and claim for a refund. If a product is found to be faulty (incorrect size, color ect. ), you may claim for a REFUND, or require exchange without any extra cost.

Exchange

All international returns are to be returned to within 14 days upon receipt of the order.

The shipping charges for international exchanges are to be paid by customer (Unless the fault was caused by us ).

All duties, taxes, or fees required to be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to return an item: 
Send an email or contact us to specify the reason for returning at first, our support staff will provide you the shipping address.

Please take care when unpacking and repacking your products and enclose a piece of paper includes the following information:

  • Your name registered on our store
  • Order Number
  • Specify the reason for returning the item
  • The email address you use to login to our store

Please put this piece of paper, and the product to be returned, into a parcel, and mail to us. Do remember to provide us the tracking number once you have shipped them back.
